Water and Energy Drinks 08/04/2010
330ml bottles of water will be provided at DS1 Racecourse for all runners on the first lap and at the Finish. Otherwise water wil be in cups. We have consulted with our Course Doctor and decided that we will only provide energy drinks on our full marathon at Drink Station 7 at Long Marston ( about 19.4 miles). The drink provided will be: High Five Carbohydrate drink mix with Electrolytes, Fresh Citrus Flavour, in 200 ML cups

Thanks will have to rethink fueling. Last year they had bottles of ls in quite z few placed

The bottles are after 2 miles. Then on the other lap. I can't fill up bottles etc at mara race pace, i'm all over the shop lol. I don't care about this energy drink in cup stuff, i'll take gels but i just wanna be able to have a bottle in my hand. No use after 2 miles lol

Sorry for the delay on updateing, my bad! I've booked a table for 4 at 6pm yes and asked if the people from that table can join the others at about 8 and she said that would be fine, that is what i was meant to do, right? lol

And have just had a call back saying that somebody else has booked a table for the same thing, 4 ppl at 6pm to join Zooms table so is that somebody else or a double booking??
