Did 7 yesterday. Will run tomorrow and Wednesday before putting my feet up. Weather forecast is not looking good. Light rain, moderate rain, then heavy rain

FD - I've just picked myself up from the floor after your 8min mile comment. I'm rubbish at maths/splits, too, but not THAT rubbish!
No running. Just resting. Shin feels better all the time, but now my left knee is niggling - I think it feels left out and wants some fuss made of it.
Will start putting stuff together for bag-packing today ...

On a different note, can anyone recommend a good vantage point for spectators, including little 'uns?

Anyone got any ideas of how to get back from the USA in time for the marathon. Although given last the last couple of weeks it might be a half marathon... I was supposed to go home last Wednesday
