Same here Jono a nice easy week.I'm travelling down on Friday so i have time to have a look around on saturday .Hopefully there are some things of interest!Best of luck to everyone hope you all get the times you are after.

postieboy - Not done this one before myself, but I've been told it gets very busy. The park and ride is in operation on the Sunday, opens at 0730 and the first bus sets off for the town at 0800.
I've got the family in tow for this and there is a lot to see and do by all accounts, hope so, or its a long 4hrs forthe missus and I'll be paying for it for months to come. Unfortunately the price is not extracted in the sort of way I'd be happy with

I just leave the wife with the sunday papers that seems to keep her busy for a few hours.Where we are staying is hopefully not to far to walk or crawl back too.

just did 10 miles today, I will only run on Wednesday this week , I was going to run Tue& Thu but I think just the one will be better as I am feeling a little tired
