Don't see the snow round back of work going any time soon as it's cold all week, mostly in the shade and not meant to rain. Did lose power at work yesterday morning though

Had a mini-blizzard here over night (I was awake at 4:20am and took a photo) but rain, hail, and sleet have washed it all away. I had a LSR scheduled for today, which would have been good as I felt well rested - and Garmin agreed with me - but I had to book a blood test for first thing tomorrow that requires strictly no exercise for 48 hours beforehand... so I've had to re-jig the plan for this week.

Back in December 2005 I started a thread on Runner's World offering a marathon training plan on 3 runs a week. I had my own running club at the time (Womens Running Network) and I had successfully trialled the training plan when I took a group of girls to Dublin to run their first marathon.

Over the years the thread has evolved into a chat thread, with a bit of training advice, race reports, for predominantly marathon runners.
