Shades, I haven’t heard of that one. I did read it and saw it was from the guy who founded TRP. I don’t know anything in detail about them but have seen their shirts about on occasion - at DD I think.

Big G - they're a bunch of fairly fast runners I think. So I was pleased to see the 7 hour time limit.
Although it might look like a bit of competition for DD I think it could actually encourage newbies to do DD. And for regular DD runners a perfect race as DD training.
WP - it's only going to be one day of warmer temps for us, then back into winter mode for the rest of the week.

Or a indoor bike setup and do different exercise to keep vaguely fit 
I'll see what it is like outside in a while as nearing end of current episode of SAS rogue heros then gonna go shopping.

WP - we've managed all these years without a treadmill. I couldn't run on a treadmill and would only last a very short time.
I endure the bike in the gym as part of my rehab process but hate it. The rowing machine I can tolerate for 5 mins, no more.
Food shop done, had to de-ice the car which I absolutely hate doing. Part of our car park is icy and tricky getting to the car. No milk in Aldi so stopped off at Sainsbury's on the way home, the walkways are lethal there despite a poor attempt at salting them.

I checked fridge before venturing out and as i have ample food in opted for a walk. Some icy patches here and there so did a short loop. Not looked to see if park run was on or not but will probably go walk to coop later on when its a wee bit warmer and sun has been out a bit to see what that way is like.
Instead did a route on Zwift instead which i hadn't done before which was 20 miles or so.

God knows, officially it starts snowing about midnight and heavy snows till dawn where it sleets all day long. Not in the hills but fairly close so always a bit odd the weather.
I'd expect it to do something just not sure how long it will stay. Off course it's fairly damp out anyway so anything else will ice up and not really vanish any time soon.
Parkrun was on today mind as i checked.
