Did he mean Diggerland where (I believe) Peppa Pig World is now situated? Or did he really mean Doggerland and it's a metaphor for Brexit? It's hard to know with him. |

As he was talking about wind farms in the north sea, I think we have to assume he meant the aforesaid bit of land that used to join Britain to Europe before the sea rose. His speechgiving shtick before he was PM involved not bothering to prepare anything or to find out who we was talking to, so this speech also appears to have been unusual in that he did both. |
