An Alloa parkrun would be great for me - hope it happens. Took my 4 year old to the Stirling Junior Parkrun on Sunday. They have a good team there and the young lad surprised me with his determination to keep going and did really well.

Broadwood is flat (in comaprison with the rest of the 'nauld). There is a walking route marked out at 4.7km round the loch and some newer paths round Broadwood marsh just in front of the leisure centre which I got a mere 46m ascent/45m descent on the garmin. If they can find an extra 0.3km it would be a pretty perfect parkrun

I feel you comaprison too, although I did manage a wee walk at lunchtime, George Square was full of sunbathers. I keep forgetting about Broadwood
