Haar was in for Torvean which made for perfect running conditions. It stayed all day so being stuck in work the rest of the day wasn't so bad either.

Signed up for the Linlithgow 10k, don’t like the ko time. However there’s lots from the club doing it in memory of Ali Hay.

Mixture of trail and grass from memory although it's probably been around 5yrs since I last run there.

4km x 4 men x 3 women. Grass and trail through woods yes, but depending on rain can be very muddy!

Did someone on this thread mention an off road marathon in February in the Cairgorms at some point? I thought it was the Lairig Ghru race perhaps but that's summer?
