Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

It's been glorious here on the Costa del Clyde which doesn't bode well for running the Kilmacolm Half in this heat.

I couldn’t entice them in very deep - I think the waves put them off. They are both labs, but good that they know their limits and were definitely in the shallows chasing balls around. They may far better at Roseisle when it’s calm.

Was gorgeous at Crathes Castle too. Although I was cold standing about with my blue vest on.

Exciting stuff though there may be another parkrun on Deeside in the near future. Had a good chat with the guy planning on setting it all up. It will be woodland route, 2 laps and pretty flat.

A woodland route - heaven. Springy trails are my favourite running medium.

It's interesting Ally. Glen Chalmers went and had a look at lunchtime so will see what comes of it.
