^ Yep, I’ve done it before.

Any of you decent runners know how long it should take to see an improvement after going to intervals once a week?

With a reasonable mix of other runs and recovery I'd think four weeks or so.

Finally made it down to Peebles for parkrun today. Nice park and very up and down-y. Found it narrow in parts, especially when there were rugby spectators on the paths. Would do it again in summer as weather was pretty grim. 191 done, 9 to go to 200, yay.

Wee trip to Aviemore today, after Inverness was cancelled. I'd forgotten how much I liked it. Despite an awful forecast, the rain held off and the clouds lifted enough to get some of the views at the top.
