Boab is down for running along the canal near ma hoose this evening and there was mention somewhere that people could run along for a bit of support. Thought aboot it till I checked the paces: I'd only last 400m

K5 Gus Jan 2020 2:49pm, 26 Jan 2020 3,298 posts	0 K5 Gus Boab down to do 28 miles at 6:30 pace That's a long stint - understand long stints where they were in inaccessible country, but lots of access on the canal, would have thought better to do shorter sections, but probably down to the logistics of who is in what part of the country and how knackered the others already are.
