What: Laps of park Why: Calf niggling so keeping it flat Last hard: weighing Scales Lyrics: No I have not run laps for 2+ weeks and it showed as head was not happy but managed 3.25 miles-was aiming for 5 miles.Stretched calf and it is happier and will get massage gun on it later.

Nothing fast about it , just scraped under 30 min but consistent pace and great coffee after. Long drive now as weather makes Aberdeen ferry a no go. Well done all you speedy parkrunners!
