Still plodding regularly with the occasional bout of delusion that one day I may run fast-ish again 😉 highly unlikely though. Hope everyone's parkruns went well today. I'm currently sitting out the rubbish weather before heading out for an afternoon plod 😄

She and mum are doing well. Took the opportunity for some parkrun tourism this morning at Lee on the Solent parkrun, and hopefully some yoga later.

Plod around town in a bit. Why: cos. Last hard: Coming to the realisation that I should probably deferr my Haworth Hobble place to 2026 as I'm running out of time to do any training at all. (I could rock up and do it, but it would be a miserable day out. I'd rather be fitter and enjoy it)

What: 20 minutes including running on some hills which I haven't been doing for over a year. Why: experimenting! And a very muddy experiment around the common next to @PeterFay 's childhood home! Never actually seen it that muddy before.
