Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Good morning :)

Lyrics! Yes. (I don't actually know more than a couple of lines of the words of the song but I've heard it plenty of times and could make a decent guess.) Haven't been, but I worked for a while with someone from there. She was a lazy toerag.

What: Collecting a race number, going for a short run, squashing the occasional cockroach.
Why: Racing tomorrow, and having a crocked spouse limits tourism options.
Last hard: According to my Body Battery, sorting out accommodation yesterday was more stressful than some marathons.

parkrun (35:09) + extended cooldown taking me to 6.6 miles. Bright but breezy morning. Over 50 at parkrun - highest numbers for a while.
