I’m up but then I was pretty much guaranteed to be.

I’ve set a 200km target for the year and I’m ahead of that, but 2024 was 49km so that’s probably gone before the clocks change.

I'm up 62 miles up with a 17 mile run still to come today. It's no surprise, since I was sick early in January last year so I had to delay the start of my marathon training plan. This year, marathon training has commenced as planned

My best week (comfortably) since last April.

Still 12 miles behind already.

44 miles up. Unlikely to end the month with quite as big a surplus.
