Disaster! Yesterday did 7k walk earlier in the day, leaving 2km for an evening walk back from the pub. Had a great evening, left the pub, started my Garmin only to notice that had stayed later than planned and the time was 00:01AM! Oh well - try again next month!

I’ve done mine in short walks today with my dog as I had a fall whilst running yesterday and I’m a bit sore.

Just done a very short but sufficient bike ride. Have walked this morning but need to go out with the dog again once it is cool enough for him

Still going along nicely. I did have a thought of changing down to metric yesterday but then went out with mr jaks and our dog Mo for a walk around the woods.

9 miles completed on my own this morning listening to Teas and Trails podcast 😁.
