Morning, all. Swittle - we live in Meltham, so just below Wessenden Head. And our daughter plays for HTAFC Ladies (U-9s).

I have the dubious honour of hanging around Nottingham outskirts today waiting to drive a pissed husband home after the races! On the plus side, I got to run around Colwick Park and then get changed in the Premier car park of the racecourse! Day 10 ✅

Tough call, Doogs. I met quite a few people from Meltham and the 'firth when I ran Huddersfield parkrun, years ago now. Good luck to your daughter in her football career!

Out on an almost calm evening, with the dark blue canopy of the night sky enlivened by famous constellations and the odd planet. Just over 4 miles over the coastal fields and back down the beach.

Day 11 *tick* but it was hard to put my shoes on this morning. I was ok once I was out but it was the thought of it that was tough!

I like to look at my Fetch training log: all those red blocks! However, I have some Streaking history and this helps me deal with the dodgier days. Getting towards half way

Good evening, folks. Out for 4 miles at 8.30 this evening on the last calm evening for a couple of days. The silhouette rowers were chanting as they pulled and a bold pug with a blue light on its collar sought me out to say, 'Hello'.
