I want to wait till April for that and from what i saw of the second half it looked pretty easy to follow. ( It was in the wrong direction though )

second half is definitely the easier bit nav-wise. I was running without any form of recce and only had to check directions a couple of times.

The plan is to get to Goring when its still light and then take it from there at least I'll be on the part that I have run before.

I've run the first 25 miles a couple of times now and you can't go far wrong. The acorn marked Ridgeway posts are everywhere. The path does get intersected by plenty of other footpaths though so it is a case of not taking your eyes off the signs at path and road crossings.

exactly. the nav is relatively easy if you concentrate. Although last year there were a couple of places where the waymarker posts had been knocked over, which made it more interesting!
