We have those little nutella glasses too!

Use our own crockery etc. We had a fuddle at work yesterday and someone had brought paper plates and wooden cutlery. People used their own mugs/,glasses

I have a friend who has just set up a party box company renting reuseable, hardwearing tableware and other necessities for kids' parties. I thought it was an excellent idea.

I use my own and borrow off local friends if needed. We've all got cobbled together sets of plates and glasses etc.

We have melamine crockery that was bought when I was about 7 (I'm 50). I still remember the row my parents had in the shop over how expensive it was. Can't remember which parent it was who said 'It will last forever'. :)

Yes but just think how many disposable plastic/paper plates you might have got through as a family in the last 43 years.
