Oooh hello @LipGloss LipGloss and welcome aboard. @IdrisTheDragon has started PJ today and done the tempo session. Let's know how you're doing and support will be here for you on the ups and downs over the next 10 weeks. |

Did my long run for this week - just over 11km with no stopping or walking which is the furthest I’ve gone since I did a half marathon 4 months ago 😊

Sorry I haven't visited the PJ thread very often but having the structure to my training has really helped during the past few weeks when I have had a lot on my mind. I'm in to the last week of my current PJ attempt and will check my progress at the next parkrun. Yesterday I managed a parkrun in a time of 29:20. I'm hoping to get a sub 29 minute result on Saturday. 🤞

Well done Idris, no walking for 11km means absolutely no walking at any more parkruns ![]() Nice one Ness and good luck next week, I hope it's the same parkrun as your test time. |

Think I may give this my first try, I do have Equinox 24 on week nine but I'm sure it'll be fine... 👀

I forgot to post on here! I managed a time of 29:11 at last Saturday's parkrun. So close to target but not quite there. I'm going to restart Project Joker after the Fetch meetup at Tamworth on August 3rd. It's a good way of structuring training, @Gooner . |

I'm thinking it's a good way of making sure I start getting out a bit more and not just doing the longer runs that I enjoy more. I do hate threshold runs though so we will see... 😂
