Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch
or for an ad-free Fetcheveryone experience!

I just started this week. More to try and motivate myself to run longer and 60/90 mins seems achievable. I managed 7.5 miles and did my intervals this morning. I might use my regular parkrun as the threshold run.

Good luck @Looby Loo

I used Parkrun as my threshold run with a good warm-up and cool-down. It sharpened things up for me. I like that the programme gives a clear objective for three runs a week.

Good luck, Looby Loo. I use parkrun the same way Surelynot does.

Welcome aboard @Looby Loo and good luck with it. Keep posting in here and let us know how you're doing.
Are you still doing PJ @Surelynot? I know @Ness is having another go at it.

Am, yes, @Fenland Flier . My target date for a retest is my parkrun on October 13th.

Once my September events are out of the way I might return to this, it's a good way of keeping some structure.

I may decide to do this when I get my running mojo back, I really enjoyed the runs when I did them before Fetch turned it into PJ. My friend suggested these when I had built some some base fitness after I started running 10 years ago.
