The only sport my OH watches is cycling, and even that is restricted to GTs. He has zero interest in anything else, even Olympics, so I know he will be bored of sport this year! (I love the Olympics).
Yesterday ex-cricketer Ryan Sidebottom was in the pub on the next table but he had no clue, even when I mentioned the name 🤦🏻♀️

I hadn't heard until I switched on Eurosport/Discovey+ this morning that Dan Lloyd is no longer working for them, he seemingly announced it 4 days ago.
That's a shame, I really enjoyed his commentary and studio analysis.
We've got a different Dan to replace him in the studio - Dani Rowe. A bit early too say what she'll be like.

Yep deffo gonna miss him, but I guess it was always going to happen once Warner Brother sold GCN back to the original owners. This was his twitter statement

Discovery sold GCN back to the original owners a few weeks back, but retained the broadcast rights for live footage. So GCN is now more like it was a few years ago - purely a YouTube channel. It unfortunately also meant a lot of people who were associated with the website were made redundant.
Dani Rowe has been commentating on women's racing for a while, so is well practiced. I think whether you'll click with her style is quite personal.

Don't like the new Visma and Bora kits - the old yellow/black and green kits were very distinctive and easy to spot, yet another 2 blue-ish kits doesn't help when looking at the peleton, but sponsors have to have their way I suppose

Red bull is standard Red bull colours so was always going to be the kit. Not really sure of the reason behind Visma's change.
