Nope. Not for me. You don't get to unblinkingly defend and implement an immoral agenda for years in the name of personal advancement and then get a second life as a voice of relative sanity. They need to get a moral core back so they attract thinking men and women instead of the careerist dregs.

The purge of the one nation types could prove to be the biggest mistake Boruc made.

I hope at some point Sunak actually has the realisation that, in order to put the party first, he was actually standing up alongside racists, saying "I'm with this lot", and effectively prostituting himself, having to defend a cruel policy that he himself had described as unworkable.

Thanks for seeing my point! If you only attract the dregs who will lie in people's faces, you can't *really* be surprised when your competence, judgement and reputation go down the drain.

I'm pretty confident that we'll see or hear little or nothing from Sunak once the dust has settled. He's a terrible politician (he needed coaching to even get onto CCHQ's approved candidates list) and I'm convinced he's hated pretty much every moment since he got the keys to Downing Street. Guess he'll just have to find another way to try to impress his billionaire father-in-law?

Why are the four recent MRPs so different in the number of seats the Tories are predicted to get/Labour lead. Great article on it here from focaldata (a pollster shortly to release their own): focaldata.com |
