Yes, read that earlier. There's a few things where it seems he's grasping at straws and showing no leadership qualities whatsoever. I'd still be semi-surprised if he's still leader by whatever date the next election is though I suspect none of them will put any letters in. Well done world. Maybe. |

I think most Tories re resigned to losing, just by the amount who have deselected themselves, they don't have the fight in them to put letters in. & who (don't say Johnson) would possibly be able to win for them? who would want the job of leading them into the wasteland? Think sunak is at best just trying to ensure he's cosied up to the O&G industry enough to get a plumb job when he's jettisoned. |

I think most Tories re resigned to losing Completely. And that's whoever is leader. For that reason he'll still be leader heading into a GE, but not sure he'll be still leader 2 days later. |
