Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

It feels like a few logs are breaking free from the Brexit jam: 'redoubled' effort to be applied to settling Brexit terms; an unequivocal line from Joe about preserving the Good Friday accord...or am I deceiving myself?

Let's not get carried away. He's going to be a lot better than Trump, but that's not a very high bar.

What happens now with the leader of the opposition ? Does Trump continue ? I know they elect their new candidate in the lead up to 2024, but who fronts up until then?

run free, Trump thankfully can't do a deal with the UK without it being approved by the Democrat controlled Congress so there's no chance of him doing something before he departs.

I'm not used to being this pleased at being wrong either :)

- my young menfolk are still coming out with all sorts of "wait and see until the truth comes out - see all this evidence for fraud" bollocks though - (they talk on weird chat groups with gamers in the states) so not sure that aspect is going to go away any time soon
