Fleecy: The workout is as follows:
30 seconds regular plank
30 seconds side plank on the right
30 seconds side plank on the left
30 seconds of rest
Repeat this for 3 rounds, which'll give you 5:30 total time.
The video player thingy is so slow and jumpy I have no idea how he does side planks - hopefully they're not straight arm ones!

I think he wants elbows and seems to want you to flow from front to side without putting your knees down - I may be wrong, the video player/my broadband is shit

OK I'm really struggling with this. Rather than give up completely I'm going to modify them a bit. Is it better to do them with knees on the floor (MUCH easier) or do them as per George but just for really short times ie about 5 seconds?

Do them with one knee on the floor.
The side planks, that is, normal plank would be odd on one knee
