First time at the Clumber Park (Worksop) parkrun today. A lovely mixed terrain 2 lapper. Wore off road shoes because of the section through the woods but would have been ok in road shoes. Set off cautiously with not knowing the course so pleased with 20:51 for 10th place overall and first MV50-54. Hopefully closer to 20 next time.

Well done riggsy, that's a lovely course. I really like running there.

We did a local 5K race instead of parkrun. Around 65 runners instead of the usual several hundred at parkrun.
