Nice house, couple of spate rooms and extra bathroom for guests, garden, a few olive trees... and about £200k spare out of the proceeds of my property... On which I have no mortgage. I am very cash poor so always thought I would sell up, buy somewhere nice in Italy with enough surplus to top up a meagre state pension... Nowt wrong with Padova but I am looking in Umbria at the moment...
