As I discovered earlier however, even though the injury site is less sore, jarring it is eyewateringly painful. Aldo remember valve tvs, my dad sourced several for me when I was ill as a bairn

For some reason me and the OH often quote "it's the quiz of the week" Dvorak I thought between my back, knees and feet I should have gave up running before it barely got started ;-(
