That football was crazy. Tough call on the offside, but the crowd trouble was a worry. Not the publicity the organising committee would want before the games even officially start. I’d like to give that treadmill a try (only with the safety harness though!) to see how fast I could get. I suspect I would struggle to get up to 25 let alone hold it for any length of time! |

I just looked back at my training, tbe best I could find was a mad 400m rep back in 2011, just under 18kmph, Hodgkinson ran at 25. Another thing I do is try and work out where I get lapped in the 10k races, men and women, for my pb. It doesn't take very long! |
