Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Oh, also yesterday we had some Anti-Bribery and Anti Money Laundering training. It featured a video from City of London Police. I kept expecting Wobbling to show up ;-)

The friend in Carmarthen whom I've been staying with lives opposite a house which used (several decades ago) to have a garden full of biblical topiary. There were the 12 apostles, Moses being hidden in the bulrushes, Adam and Eve, serpent and sword-bearing angel (I saw a photo of that group) and others. Apparently topiary enthusiasts used to come from all over the world. Alas, the house stood empty for years and it all became unrecognizable.

What a shame! I love a bit of topiary. There's a yew in our garden I keep thinking I could do something with.

I am in a fancy restaurant.
I’m on my own which is a bit sad but the view is lovely, the food is amazing and I have Fetch :)

And a nice Malbec :)
