That's a lovely newt AtC :-)

None for me so far this week as my back/hip are still playing up. I may have a newt tomorrow as I'll be going to see a physio about it.

[I feel I should clarify that I am NOT a speedy swimmer by any stretch of the imagination. It's usually me who is letting people pass at the end of lengths. It was the first time I've not been the slowest there :-)]
