The keeper was cleaning the cage and they kept trying to fight with the mop. Great entertainment

Mr Clare, who was my teacher at junior school, just walked past my parent's window with Mrs Clare, who was also a teacher and used to work with my dad (who was also a teacher, as was my mum. Surrounded by teachers.)
(This is mundane because they live on the same road as my parents, and have done for at least 30 years.)

I'm not sure how mundane penguins are. Not very common round these parts that is for sure.
Ernie and I have been for a walk to the next village along for a few bits and pieces from the shop. We have a shop here but we needed a walk and there is a better choice. Smoked salmon pate with crusty bread and salad. I have sooo much to do this weekend and have done none of it so far.

We now have an annual pass there and to Birdworld so penguins will be a more regular but not mundane occurrence. I was probably pushing it posting on the mundane thread but thought an exception could be made for penguins (and alpacas)

Perhaps we agree that penguin biscuits are mundane.
