Up a mountain via a cable car. Posey Russians in there today. Time for a pre exercise wee. Very civilised, there are escalators to transport you up and down the stairs.

i use mu medium small saucepan, and cover the bottom, which means it is a lottery, today I had loads......:-)
if it comes up short, they is always toast.
