Storm has been raging here since I woke up. I see no way to avoid it.
I measure mine. In a measuring jug. I know the proportions, but keep forgetting the quantity (don't make it very often) so it's always a bit experimental. Sometimes I don't get enough, sometimes it's a huge helping.

I have left over stir fry and a small tin of tuna. Can't decide if I'm hungry enough though, as I had a larger breakfast than usual. But if I *don't* eat lunch then I'll be starving when I get home. Oh, so much to think about!
