Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Will definitely have to look into that before I take mum to Coventry hospital. The parking there is horrendous.

Ness - for Salisbury Hospital, at least, parking is free for blue badge holders. But all parking is managed by reg number camera recognition, so the car has to be registered against a blue badge in advance, or at the time of parking, finding a blue badge 'registration' point to register.

Seems the cameras only look at number plates as the enter and leave the site.

Similar parking rules for blue badges at our local Asda. I believe it's the car registration that needs to be notified to the parking company as car parking is controlled by ANPR cameras.

^^ that’s it’s the parking is done on number recognition

So yes it’s free but it has to know that reg has a blue badge
So yes you and sis would need to register

But check!

He can cook simple things but he’s offered to do more once he retires.

I don’t mind cooking it’s deciding what to have which irritates me, that’s why we end up having the same things 😝

I have replaced the batteries in the TV remote.

The old ones were flat, so it wasn't working.
