Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

The hospital/team are wonderful and nice that they are including Cedd hope they get to meet the medical physicist.

Homeward bound but via ‘spoons for breakfast. No bandage now but have a couple of small dressings where the incisions haven’t quite knitted. Feels weird having a ‘naked’ foot.

I have a sock on which is good but a tad tricky to get on as there is a bit swelling. But yes the main cut has healed really well bar a tiny bit at the end.

HNSW and third coffee. This morning I managed to clean the cooker (including the sticky knobs) before hitting the sofa.

After a slow start I’ve got the second load of laundry in and have cleaned out the plant pot/rubbish pile outside the back door

Coffee, puffed oats and meds. Ordered my repeat prescriptions for the first time in ages. I had a month's worth of them from the hospital pharmacy when they discharged me.

Back home after shopping trip. I wanted to get some things to put in the food bank collection at parkrun tomorrow.

Mr Ness is just getting the sheets out of the washing machine then will have our usual Friday morning sandwich.

That's great, lf. Glad they're helping him understand the treatment.

Positive, GG. Hope the healing continues.

I have replaced the batteries in the TV remote.

The old ones were flat, so it wasn't working.
