That is madness Mark
Hospital don’t even want my crutches back! It’s absolutely bonkers and I expect a drain on NHS funding when they could be sterilised and reused. My auntie used to work for NHS in a team who cleaned items loaned to patients but they closed it many years ago.
In a car.. I’ve been let out for good behaviour. Taking parents to the airport.

That is crazy, GG. I recall returning a set of crutches when I'd finished with them (although I'd used them for 3 years so they looked pretty worn out!)

Another coffee. I’m really tired this morning even though I slept well enough.

Waiting for a train, after an hour’s drive up to London. With luck I’ll be in the office by 8:30.

Years ago my mother had a Zimmer frame post ankle fracture. The fracture clinic didn't want it back so I drove up to our local hospital under cover of darkness and deposited the Zimmer outside the back door. I wasn't the only one, there were a few crutches already there.
Run done, better weather, that nasty wind has gone.
