8 weeks sounds a long while, GG but think of it as retirement practice and make the most of time to do whatever physio is required.
run done, lunch (soup and soda bread) eaten, van is loaded and watered ready for this evening.
(nothing exciting, trip to dealer's for a hab check and a step to be fitted, but am solo, which is nice for a change )
list says to make something for the menfolk's dinner, strength workout and shower. better get on with it then...
