GP just phoned. Antibiotic’s not worked so not bacterial. An appointment for a blood test and a follow up gp appointment. In the meantime keep using the Dymista nasal spray. Said I sound very nasally. Who knows, one thing she said was don’t waste time with cough mixture .

🤞 Hope they find a solution, LG.

Well it is sort of hot chocolate but thicker. Seems to be the way it's served over here, Pix. And when we had them in Barcelona.

Weather not too bad here today although I've seen a yellow warning for wind tomorrow. I'm not planning on going far tomorrow as I'm on bog cleaning duties due to a) normal cleaner away until Sunday due to family crisis in Bosnia and b) niece-in-law off sick with one of those things doing the rounds over here. Bil is complaining about a stiff neck today, probably means he won't be able to do the hoovering tomorrow either. We'll let him off, he is 85 after all. :)

Runners need at Cotswold outdoor is my choice for trying on shoes - Also they do a discount with camping club, dofe and others - one in Biggleswade....

Pilates/tip/errands/ van loading done
Coffee and a pb sandwich waiting for Husband to get home. Hopefuly the wind will have died down by the time we leave - heading to an amber area, but forecast has it dropping in the next hr so 🤞

Best to stay safe, Pix. Have just spoken to my mum and she kept telling me to stay indoors and not risk going out for a run. She had forgotten I was away from home initially and said how windy it was.

I have replaced the batteries in the TV remote.

The old ones were flat, so it wasn't working.
