In the meantime keep using the Dymista nasal spray. Said I sound very nasally. Who knows, one thing she said was don’t waste time with cough mixture .

I'm not planning on going far tomorrow as I'm on bog cleaning duties due to a) normal cleaner away until Sunday due to family crisis in Bosnia and b) niece-in-law off sick with one of those things doing the rounds over here. Bil is complaining about a stiff neck today, probably means he won't be able to do the hoovering tomorrow either. We'll let him off, he is 85 after all.

Have just spoken to my mum and she kept telling me to stay indoors and not risk going out for a run. She had forgotten I was away from home initially and said how windy it was.
