Our surplus Xmas veg has been frozen now. I think there's 1 mince pie (that I'll eat tomorrow) and cheese for a cheese board that mum and I were too full to indulge in on Xmas day. That might go in the freezer too. Mr Ness is making a pot of tea. No more food for today. We're both too full after our big dinner.

Turned a heel whilst watching Strike
Eldest has a suspected scaphoid fracture, which is what I said as soon as he told me what happened and showed me his hand. Splint for now and re-X-ray next week.

I’m sure I’m going to end up with arthritis in my finger where I broke it in dec 2017. It maybe in my head but I’m sure it aches with weather!

Poor lad hope it’s fixed quickly for him.
Lovely soak in bath with my kindle. Hubby has pigs in blankets toad in the hole planned for tea and we have our Xmas day champagne chilled. It was going to be our special bottle of bollinger we were gifted for our silver wedding anniversary but while I’ve got this cough I didn’t want to risk it not tasting right.
