If you read them there are lots of suggestions about which biscuits to use. Personally I don't think you can go wrong with digestives.

I tend to use ginger biscuits these days for cheesecakes and I think it would work well with a chocolate tart too.

It’s Son2’s birthday tomorrow. He’ll be 27. Blimey. I thought about making him a cake and then had a Quick Look in Sainsbury’s earlier in case they had any good post-Christmas reductions but I didn’t see anything. Good job too - his GF has just turned up and said she has one in the car 😊
