Walked the dog. It’s OK here.
I left the heating on the timer setting overnight so it’s currently way too hot in my house. Have turned it off.

Looking quite nice outside.
The coffee I'm drinking is labelled as tasting of almond, chocolate and treacle. It reminds me of the cup of coffee I once made in the doctors' mess before discovering that there was a cigarette in the kettle.

Achilles went at about 15 miles was lamping quite badly and could feel it putting a strain on the right leg so DNF at the end of that lap. I was getting slower and slower for the effort. Disappointed but I knew it was a possibility. Onwards and upwards for Tissington April 2025. Thanks for all your support

Yes vrap, he’d ask for the Friday off but not heard anything so assumed a no but it’s a yes.
So we'll collect him Tuesday evening and return him Sunday morning
Good job I ordered the same Christmas dinner assuming we’d just put excess in freezer!

Good news about Gnome, Pix.
Have finished housework for today. Phoned mum to check she's OK. Cleaned the vacuum cleaner filters. A yucky job that I'd been putting off but now hopefully the vacuum cleaner will work better. Now on sofa. Knitting.
