2nd cup of tea, done. 10:15pm here, might consider bed. Volunteering at the last trial parkrun ahead of next weekend's kick one here in Sunny Nelson. I fully expect to see some of you here for that or they'll be trouble. Well I say trouble, more like a general sulk for a few seconds.

Glad it's sorted, GG. Just a shame you can't use them for EfM.

Have cleaned the kitchen and need to do some more housework. Not very motivated.

Lol 😂 I wish I could be there! I will be volunteering at a different parkrun. And some few hours after you've done yours! 😜

Glad it came out GG. Don’t let this put you off from trying again. Might need different contacts (you may have dry eyes) and build up to wearing them.

I’ve been wearing contacts for 20+ years and never had an issue getting them out of eye. I once put two in the same eye. Quickly noticed! 😂

Fire alarm engineer has been. He saw my race medals and we ended up chatting about running for half an hour, he's just started running and doing his first races and loving it.

Popped into opticians to see what time my appointment was next week and the glasses were in! I can see again!

I have replaced the batteries in the TV remote.

The old ones were flat, so it wasn't working.
