This was translated to the referral centre as ‘this lady lives independently and has had an acute deterioration’. Referral centre has said ‘we’ve fixed her problem! Our work here is done!’ Your mum has said ‘oh yes, I’m much better now. And my daughter is there. She’s very supportive. Insists on doing the cleaning.’ Everyone is happy…
