I might air fryer a toastie if I had an air fryer and not a toasted sandwich maker. But actually I don’t have either, so I make my melted cheese sandwiches by microwaving a cheese wrap.

Never really ‘got’ toasties. One of life’s great disappointments for me

Each to their own.

I can't get my mind on anything, let alone keep it on. Craving some nuts.

corned beef and tomato sandwich on plastic white bread because I've run out of nice bread :(
the boys use toastie bags in the toaster, I hate toasted cheese, so have never made a toasted cheese sandwich.

my hands are cold and somewhat waxy *sighs* haven't had that for a long time, trying to warm them up.

Ds2 eats a lot of baked bean toasties, so a sandwich maker is essential for that. I can imagine it'd make a hell of a mess any other way. Also we both love the crispy corners!
On a train, changed at Guildford but had no time to wave a fish as I had to sprint for the connection, made it with 2 seconds to spare.
Someone just got on at the last stop who is wearing the most offensive smelling perfume ever. I might have to change carriages

I was always the same until I tried after a lot of posts around them on a FB group and all I’ll say is game changer

Mayonnaise on the outside of both slices filled with your choice of filling and I airfry 4-5min each side at 175 it is longer than a sandwich toaster but for us the toastie machine is obsolete

I have replaced the batteries in the TV remote.

The old ones were flat, so it wasn't working.
