They’ve got 4x carers a day and today they rang friend crying at the state of her. No food in house ‘as she wouldn’t go shopping’ she’s malnourished and scared. Police and social services now on board. Friend lives quite away away and they’ve not had a good relationship but she said end of day she’s a frail old(er) lady and she can’t ignore it.
