geordiegirl 21 Aug 4:03pm, 21 Aug 2024 23,862 posts	0 geordiegirl Fingers crossed with the exercises, my mam when to sports therapist yesterday as she is having a lot of pain with her shoulders, he diagnosed very tight neck muscles and massaged them out, she left feeling loads better. Tea'd out might go and prep some veg for tea and have a break.
