Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

I had fraudulent activity on debit & credit card about a year ago. I ended up £500 richer as bank & company reimbursed me :)

End of lunch and back to a rubbish day at work. Never work in payroll. Nobody is ever happy :(

Have swept of some more leaves from the drive and tidied up bits and pieces in the front garden. Need to wait for the contents of the green bin to compress a bit before I can get any more in it.

Now have a big pile of paperwork to sort and file

Good news about Cuthbert :)

Back to base. Have declined a trip out this afternoon because I've done a million tiny car journeys today and can't face the A77.

Drinking chicken and vegetable cup-a-soup. It’s about as good as you’d expect.

Went out for a walk and shopping for a few bits to take home.

In a chair. I've forgotten to change my trousers so I'll do that next.

I have replaced the batteries in the TV remote.

The old ones were flat, so it wasn't working.
