Hi ,
It looks like you're using an ad blocker.

The revenue generated from the adverts on the site is a critical part of our funding - and it's because of these ads that I can offer the site for free. But using the site for free AND blocking the ads doesn't feel like a great thing to do, which is why this box is so large and inconvenient. Some sites will completely block your access, but I'm not doing that - I'm appealing to your good nature instead. Did you know that you can allow ads for specific sites, whilst still blocking them on others?

Thanks,
Ian Williams aka Fetch

Great Idris :)
I am glad you are not subjected to the catalogue of disasters, mishaps and c@ckups H'ford hospital throws at me on a weekly basis!

LG, keeps us posted, as I am pondering one. I have wooden floors and I hope a steam mop gets them cleaner easier.

I bought that one. Quite pricey but I didn’t find it leaked water like some others did. Pads were rather dirty so my floors have hopefully had a good clean.

LG, I have the same steam mop - I’m very happy with it. I alternate using it with my Bissell floor cleaner as they both seem to clean in different ways and get bits the other misses.

Mundane enough? :-)

I need to mop the kitchen floor but himself is working from home in there til Cuthbert has his next test.

We don't have a date yet but I'm guessing that's because we are stable so not a clinical priority. I'm going to ring his consultant's secretary if no news by tomorrow. Bit of a glitch but I'm sure they will sort it. At one point when Cuthbert was poorly we had 4 consultants to see us so I guess another kid is proper poorly and needs them today. We've had the odd bit of waiting round but never had to wait for anything we actually needed there and then . We were warned they are short on beds so as long as they are on top of our case I am chilled.

Careful with a steam mop on wood floors, depends how they're treated, sealed, polished etc

Weight training done. Mr Ness is preparing dinner. He bought raw prawns by mistake so they need cooking. Fortunately I spotted it. Well he would have done when he opened the packaging but I have enough Spanish to let him know before he put them on the plates! 😉😂

I have replaced the batteries in the TV remote.

The old ones were flat, so it wasn't working.
